In Caboolture they call them 'Lumberjacks'.  In Hervey Bay they call them 'Cattlemen'.  In truth, they are one and the same.  They are beef behemoths.

Weighing in at a minimum 400g these steaks will have you whimpering for your mother, crying for your daddy and squealing like a stuck pig on the toilet all the next day.

Eat only at your colon's displeasure.

Eat rare to medium rare.  Any more and you should suck on a dummy you baby.
